Sales Executive

Are you looking for an opportunity to grow into a dynamic sales role within an international team? We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Sensire Sales Team in Albertslund, focusing on Condition Monitoring solutions in the HoReCa, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and Logistics Industries. In this role, you will play a key part in driving new business and ensuring that our customer success processes are in place to support rapid and sustainable growth. This role involves direct responsibility for meeting revenue targets, managing a personal sales pipeline, and ensuring the success of Sensire’s entry into the Danish market.

  • Market Entry: Key role in executing Sensire’s market entry strategy in Denmark. Building, maintaining and growing relationships with key decision-makers in target markets, leveraging your network to establish a strong presence and representing Sensire Group’s solutions and driving awareness within the target industry sectors.
  • New Sales Execution: Managing a personal sales pipeline lifecycle including lead generation and prospecting.
  • Sales Growth: Collaborating closely with Sales and Operations teams to align resources, strategies, and support throughout the sales cycle to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Success: Collaborating closely with the Customers you bring onboard to ensure strong customer relations and identify potential growth in the customer relationship.
  • Upsell and Retention: Identifying and acting on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts, working closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to maximize value from existing customers. Additionally, developing strategies for retaining and growing customer accounts by identifying areas of improvement in service delivery and customer engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Strong track record in commercial, sales, or business development roles, ideally within SaaS, IoT technology, or related industries. Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle – from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals – while consistently achieving and exceeding personal sales targets.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage customers and internal stakeholders at all levels. Full working proficiency in both written and verbal (Danish and English). Other languages are considered as an advantage.
  • Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and understand the importance of teamwork to achieve high-quality outcomes.
  • Hands-on mentality: Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach; you thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and embrace challenges with agility and drive.
  • Ability to travel: Required to travel within Denmark and willingness to travel internationally on occasion.
  • Starting time: Our preferred starting time is September or October, but we’re open to discussion.

The recruitment timetable:
